A delegation of Director Special Security Program for Under-Training (DSsP UP) officers of Sindh Police visited PITB as part of their Police Training Course. The delegation was presided by Sindh DSP Masood Ahmad and the key purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with ICT interventions rolled out by the Punjab Government particularly in the domains of smart policing and law & order.
PITB ADG Syed Qasim Ifzal presided the session while Director Project Management Jamal Ahmad along with Joint Directors Qasim Tufail and Salman Ali Khan gave a detailed briefing on Punjab Digitalization and the automation of the Criminal Justice Services, Police Services, Prisons, Lahore High Court Digitalization, and the District Judiciary. The delegation also visited PITB established state-of-the-art Data Center and e-Khidmat Center.
Sindh DSP Masood Ahmad thanked PITB for its cooperation and extending its support towards the Sindh Police in this regard. He also presented a shield to Director Project Management Jamal Ahmad as a token of appreciation.
