PITB and Sundar Industrial Estates (SIE) had a meeting to explore potential opportunities for strengthening collaboration and promoting digital transformation across the industrial sector.
SIE Secretary Major (Retd.) Ziaullah, Senior Manager Finance Ayesha Afzal, Head of IT Atif Mehmood, General Manager Muhammad Arif and Senior Deputy Manager Finance Qazi Waseem Yousuf were present.
PITB Joint Director Bizlinks Mudassir Paracha along with the representatives from PayZen, e-FOAS and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) including Senior Business Manager Umair Ali and Program Managers Mohsin Baig and Mujadid, gave a detailed overview of the respective initiatives. They emphasized that these initiatives are designed to improve administrative efficiency, enhance service delivery and support data-driven decision-making for industrial management and operations.
Overall, the discussion centered on leveraging technology to streamline workflows, integrate digital payment systems and establish a responsive communication channel through PITB’s Citizen Contact Center. The SIE management appreciated PITB’s vision and discussed the way forward.
