PITB conducted a comprehensive training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA). The session, chaired by DG FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry and Chief Engineer FDA Chaudhry Mehar Ayoub Gujjar, was attended by the HODs and officers of the FDA.
PITB e-FOAS Joint Director Operations Ishfaq Ali and Project Officer Amar Iftikhar delivered the training focusing on managing official correspondence digitally and optimizing daily operations through paperless workflows. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity. DG FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry appreciated PITB’s support and presented the team with a Shield of Appreciation.
PITB developed e-FOAS is successfully functional in a number of government departments. It aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. The core purpose of e-FOAS is to enhance the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.
