A delegation from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Lahore visited PITB as part of the 45th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) to gain insights into the ICT interventions implemented by the Government of Punjab. The session formed part of NIPA’s capacity-building modules and focused on ‘ICT Interventions for Improved Service Delivery.’
PITB DG IT-Solutions Waqar Naeem Qureshi presented an overview of Punjab’s digital transformation initiatives. The session also featured in-depth briefings on key ICT domains, including Data Center and Cybersecurity by PITB CISO Sajjad Ghani, and ICT interventions in the Agriculture Sector by PITB Joint Director Usman Waheed.
The delegation later visited the e-Khidmat Markaz, where they appreciated PITB’s pivotal role in advancing Punjab’s digital transformation and citizen-centric service delivery.
