Deputy Commissioner Multan Noman Siddique, along with Assistant Commissioner Azka Sahar, visited e-Khidmat Markaz Multan to review service delivery processes and citizen facilitation arrangements.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the Qmatic Token Management System and the diverse services offered by multiple departments. They toured center’s key sections and engaged directly with applicants to assess service quality firsthand.
The Deputy Commissioner lauded PITB’s efforts in enhancing public service delivery and highlighted the pivotal role of e-Khidmat Markaz in providing efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly services under one roof.
