PITB conducted a comprehensive training session on e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture Multan (MNSUAM) to familiarize the senior management and the staff with paperless governance and to enhance administrative efficiency. The Deans, Directors, Registrar, Treasurer, Controller of Examinations and other senior administrative officers along with their respective staff members were present.
The session was delivered by PITB Senior Program Manager (SPM) Abdul Rauf, who provided an in-depth overview of end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation.
The interactive session offered practical insights into the advantages of digital documentation, improved transparency and streamlined administrative processes. The training concluded with an interactive Q&A activity.
