A meeting was held between PITB and Multan Development Authority (MDA) to discuss the progress review of PITB developed e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS) for the said department and the implementation of e-Construction Business Line Application. The meeting was presided by Director General (DG)MDA Rashid Irshad Hussain.
PITB Joint Director Technical Hafiz Muhammad Awais and team representative Senior Program Manager Abdul Rauf gave a detailed insight on the aforementioned. They discussed the scope of the Business Line Application, execution strategy and the technical framework. Overall, the system aims to digitize construction-related services, ensuring transparency, efficiency and improved service delivery for citizens and businesses.
(DG)MDA lauded PITB on the successful implementation of e-FOAS at MDA highlighting the transition to a paperless office environment and the ongoing hand-holding support to ensure smooth adoption of the system across the departments.
