A 3-day comprehensive refresher training on Updated Services Operational at Citizen Facilitation Centers was organized for Citizen Contact Center Representatives (CCRs). The training was conducted by Program Officer (Communication & Coordination – CFSC), Syed Hassan Ahmed and QA Expert CCC, Shahbaz Ahmed for 25 CCRs and 3 operations supervisors. Sessions primarily focused on educating CCRs on the augmented citizen services offered by CFSC over the CFC helpline (0800 - 09100).
