The Lahore High Court (LHC), in collaboration with PITB, has launched ‘Civil Courts Accounts Management System (CCAMS) within the existing Case Management System (CMS) of the District Judiciary Punjab. The system has been launched to digitize and streamline revenue deposits through Challan Form No. 32-A though integration with the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

The event was presided by Hon'ble Chief Justice LHC Justice Aaliya Neelum and senior officials including PITB ADG Syed Qasim Afzal, President NBP Syed Rehmat Ali Hassni, LHC Additional Registrar IT (PITB Director Project Management) Jamal Ahmad, LHC Registrar Amjad Iqbal Bosal, DG High Court Javed Bosal and PITB Joint Director Qasim Tufail were also present.

Under CCAMS, challans are system-generated with a unique challan number and QR code, enabling secure deposits and online verification through integration with NBP. Deposited amounts are automatically updated in the judiciary’s system, ensuring accuracy and real-time record keeping.

The system simplifies procedures for deposit and release of court-ordered amounts, supports uploading of scanned documents such as receipts and court orders. It also includes role-based access control and comprehensive reporting and captures photographs of litigants and data entry staff aiming to enhance transparency and accountability.
