PITB conducted a comprehensive training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Multan to promote paperless governance and improve administrative efficiency.
The session was chaired by BISE Controller Hamid Saeed Bhatti and was delivered by PITB SPM Abdul Rauf for all the staff members of BISE Multan. The interactive session provided practical insights into the benefits of digital documentation and process automation. It concluded with an interactive Q&A session.
PITB developed e-FOAS is successfully functional in a number of government departments. It aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. The core purpose of e-FOAS is to enhance the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.
