PITB has signed an MoU with CMPAK Limited (Zong) for the placement of Telecom Service Kiosks at all 15 e-Khidmat Marakaz across the 14 districts of Punjab. The ceremony was presided by PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif and the MoU was signed by PITB Director Development & Procurement Ata Ur Rehman and CMPAK (Zong) Executive Director Sales & Distribution Faheem Durrani.
PITB ADG CFSC Aquil Khan, Chief Financial Officer Nadia Riaz and other senior officials including CMPAK (Zong) Deputy General Manager Commercial Center Aurangzeb Khan, Regional Director Commercial Center Ejaz Jameel, Senior Manager Trade Marketing Obaid ur Rehman and Senior Manager Commercial Planning & Business Support Sabahuddin Suleman were also present.
Following the signing, the CMPAK (Zong) delegation visited e-Khidmat Markaz Lahore II established in the premises of Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP). PITB officials showcased the ongoing service operations and citizen facilitation processes giving the delegation a first-hand view of the centers’ impact.
With this partnership, ‘Zong Customer Facilitation Kiosk’ will now be available at all the e-Khidmat Marakaz, offering citizens easy access to SIM cards, Recharges, Packages and other digital services. This initiative also reinforces PITB’s commitment to enhancing citizen services and promoting digital connectivity across Punjab.
