PITB conducted a comprehensive training session on e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at Deputy Commissioner Office District Khanewal to familiarize the senior management of the district administration and the staff with paperless governance and enhance the administrative efficiency.
The session was delivered by PITB Senior Program Manager (SPM) Abdul Rauf, who provided an in-depth overview of end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation.
The training gave practical insights into the advantages of adopting digital documentation, improved transparency and streamlined administrative processes. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity.
