e-Khidmat Markaz has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification for all of its centers across Punjab marking a significant milestone in ensuring quality public service delivery.
On behalf of Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf, the ceremony was presided by PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif. PITB ADG CFSC Aquil Khan, CEO Dr. Muhammad Qasim, Admin Manager Muhammad Maaz Ahmed and other senior officials were also present.
During the ceremony, the ISO Certification was formally presented to DG e-Governance Sajid Latif, recognizing the organization’s commitment to maintaining professionalism, transparency and efficient citizen facilitation across Punjab.
