PITB, in collaboration with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), conducted an e-Procurement training session for Probationary Officers (XIV) at Management & Professional Development Department (MPDD), Lahore.
PPRA Managing Director Sahibzadi Wasimah Umar highlighted the legal and regulatory framework governing procurement processes in Punjab. Additionally, PITB Joint Director e-Procurement Muhammad Ashfaq Tiwana briefed participants on the system’s scope, functionalities, and key benefits.
The e-Procurement system leverages modern digital solutions to ensure transparent, secure, and efficient public procurement. It enables vendors from across the country to submit bids online, making the process more accessible and streamlined.
