PITB successfully conducted an extensive training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Social Welfare Training Institute Lahore. The training was organized for all Divisional Directors, Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors of Directorate General Social Welfare & Baitul Maal Punjab. Dr. Shehanshah Faisal Azeem was also present.
The session was conducted by PITB PM e-FOAS Syed Ijlal Irfan Bukhari and DEO Badar Khan. The participants were equipped with practical knowledge of e-FOAS to digitize office workflows, ensure paperless correspondence and improve inter-departmental coordination.
PITB’s e-FOAS is being implemented across multiple public sector departments, playing a key role in Punjab’s vision of a modern, efficient and paperless governance system.
