Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan Zaheer Anwar Jappa visited the e-Khidmat Markaz in connection with the ISO 9001:2015 certification process. During the visit, he appreciated the efforts of PITB and commended its commitment to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and quality in public service delivery.
It was highlighted that e-Khidmat Markaz has successfully attained ISO 9001:2015 certification across all centers in Punjab. The platform has also facilitated over 10 million citizens by offering 170+ services from 21 government departments through its extensive multi-district network.
