Founder & Chairman of Rozee.pk Monis Rehman visited PITB to discuss the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their intern selection and interview process under the Chief Minister IT Internship Program (CMITIP). The meeting was presided by PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif. Senior officials including CTO Adil Iqbal and Director Skills Development Ahmad Islam Syan were also present.
The core purpose of the initiative is to strengthen the candidate shortlisting by aligning interns’ skills and capabilities with the specific requirements of IT companies. By leveraging AI-driven solutions, CMITIP continues to evolve with a focus on creating smarter, more efficient and industry-aligned processes for both the graduates and IT companies across Punjab.
CMITIP is a flagship initiative of the Government of Punjab aiming to enhance the employability of fresh IT graduates through hands-on industry experience. Designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, this program offers paid internships in collaboration with IT companies.
