A delegation from Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K) Planning and Development Department (P&DD) visited PITB to get acquainted with the ICT interventions implemented by the Government of Punjab provincewide and beyond. The delegation was presided by Director AJ&K Land Use P&DD and also included their Technical Team members.
PITB ADG Zulfiqar Ali Shaheen along with the team briefed the participants on the key initiatives in the areas of digital transformation, e-Governance and IT solutions. The participants were particularly briefed on PITB executed Criminal Justice System, AI-based Litigation Management System and modern training systems. The delegation was especially brief on Generative AI, Data Engineering and GIS applicability’s along with Utilization of AI Technologies in Geospatial data development and Analysis.
On behalf of Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf, ADG Zulfiqar Ali Shaheen presented a souvenir to the visiting delegation. Deputy Director Admin Liaquat Ali Khattak, Joint Directors Adeel Shahzad and Ammar Ahmed as well as representatives from Software Engineering wing were also present.
