PITB successfully conducted an e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) training at the Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), LDA. The session was chaired by Director HQ Tauseef Ahmed. Director Admin Furqan Zaheer along with senior officers and staff were in attendance.
PITB Program Manager e-FOAS Muhammad Zaid Bin Tariq gave an in-depth overview of the end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity.
PITB developed e-FOAS is successfully functional in a number of government departments. It aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. PITB continues to drive Digital Pakistan by cutting paperwork, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
