PITB & Rozee.pk to Introduce AI-Powered Candidate Selection Under CMITIP

PITB and Rozee.pk have signed an MoU to implement AI-powered candidate selection and interview processes under the Chief Minister IT Internship Program (CMITIP).
The MoU was signed by DG e-Governance Sajid Latif and Founder & Chairman of Rozee.pk Monis Rehman. PITB Director Skills Development Wing Ahmad Islam Syan was also present. This collaboration aims to employ AI in matching fresh IT graduates with the requirements of partner IT companies, making the recruitment process smarter, faster and more efficient.
CMITIP is a flagship initiative of the Government of Punjab aiming to enhance the employability of fresh IT graduates. Designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, this program offers five-month paid internships in collaboration with leading IT companies.
