Mr. Atif Hussain serves as Additional Director General (IT Operations) at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). He brings over 20 years of professional experience in project management, system automation, and the delivery of large-scale e-Government solutions.
Since joining PITB in 2011, he has led major IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives at both provincial and federal levels. His role focuses on ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of complex technology programmes, aligning operational execution with strategic objectives.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computational Sciences from the University of Central Punjab. Mr. Hussain’s expertise includes enterprise system implementation, process digitization and automation, IT strategy consulting, vendor and resource management, and risk and incident management. Through effective leadership and structured execution, he continues to support the advancement of transparent, efficient, and technology-driven governance.
