e-FOAS Training Held at Emergency Services Department

PITB conducted an e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) training at the Emergency Services Department that was chaired by Secretary Dr Rizwan Naseer. The HODs and District Emergency Officer of all Districts of Punjab were also present via online facility.
PITB Senior Program Officer e-FOAS Nauman Butt gave an in-depth overview of the end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity.
Developed by PITB, e-FOAS is successfully operational across numerous government departments, transforming traditional paper-based processes into a fully paperless working environment. Through initiatives like e-FOAS, PITB continues to advance Digital Pakistan by reducing paperwork, lowering operational costs, and enhancing efficiency across the public sector.
