PITB Team Visits Governor House for meeting on Governor’s Petition Cell & e-FOAS

The PITB team visited the Punjab Governor House for a meeting with the Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan to discuss the establishment and operationalization of the Governor’s Petition Cell (GPC). The proposed initiative will enable students and employees of public universities and special institutions across Punjab to submit petitions digitally to the Governor’s Secretariat.
PITB Director General e-Governance Sajid Latif presented the implementation progress of e-FOAS and outlined the proposed scope of the dedicated Petition Portal. PITB delegation comprised of Director Communication and Coordination Hasnain Iqbal, ADG Haseeb Anwar, Joint Director Operations Ishfaq Ali and SPM Faizan Farooq.
The initiative is aimed at enhancing accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in petition management through technology-enabled governance.
