e-FOAS Training Held at CUVAS Bahawalpur

PITB conducted a comprehensive training on e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Cholistan University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Bahawalpur (CUVAS) to acquaint the senior officials and the management with paperless governance and enhance their administrative efficiency.
The training session was chaired by VC CUVAS Prof.Dr.Tahir Javed and was delivered by PITB Senior Program Manager (SPM) Abdul Rauf, who gave an in-depth overview of end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity. 
Developed by PITB, e-FOAS is successfully operational across numerous government departments, transforming traditional paper-based processes into a fully paperless working environment. Through initiatives like e-FOAS, PITB continues to advance Digital Pakistan by reducing paperwork, lowering operational costs, and enhancing efficiency across the public sector.
