AJK Delegation Visits PITB

A delegation from Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) comprising Secretary IT Muhammad Rashid Hanif and other senior officials visited PITB to get acquainted with ICT interventions by the Punjab Government and discuss potential areas of collaboration with PITB. 
The session, presided by DG e-Governance Sajid Latif, also included ADGs Kashif Farooq, Syed Nayyer Ali, Atif Hussain, Haroon Rasul Khokar and Haseeb Chaudhry, CISO Sajjad Ghani, Director Syed Ijlal Hussain, Joint Directors Ashfaq Tiwana, Mudassir Paracha and others in attendance. 
The delegation was briefed on IT initiatives such as ‘Maryam Ke Dastak,’ ‘PITB Web Presence,’ ‘PM Performance Dashboard & Development Monitoring,’ ‘PITB’s Payzen,’ ‘e-Procurement,’ and ‘e-Biz & Transparent Government Operations.’ Special discussion was held on AJK Prime Minister Complaint Cell, Digital Government Services & Services Delivery, Merit Based Recruitment System and e-Library. 
The discussion also covered PITB’s Social Welfare and Citizen-Centric Solutions, including DPMIS, Bait-ul-Maal MIS, Shelter Home & Children Home Management, PRISM (Public & Private Hostel MIS), e-Learn Digital Content, Special Education Digital Content and Autism 360.
The visit concluded with a comprehensive briefing on the ‘Sum up 100 –Day Priority Projects & Way Forward.’ The delegation also visited the Data Center and exchanged souvenirs.
