PITB Team Visits AJK to Discuss AJK’s Digital Transformation Agenda

PITB team, led by ADG Kashif Farooq, visited Azad Jammu & Kashmir to discuss and finalise the pilot phase of the AJK Prime Minister’s 100-Day Roadmap.
Hosted by the AJK Secretary IT, the visit included a meeting chaired by the AJK Chief Secretary, where PITB shared its experience and showcased digital initiatives to administrative secretaries across AJK.
The newly appointed AJK Prime Minister Syed Iftikhar Ali Gillani called a meeting with ADG Kashif Farooq and the Secretary IT, during which he shared his vision for “AJK One”—a one-stop government service delivery model for citizens.
19 digital initiatives were identified for pilot implementation during the current fiscal year, including:
* SMDP & PM Dashboard
* Suthra AJK & DPMIS
* ADWC & Himmat Card
* Dhee Rani Program & Job Portal
* Rest Houses & Hotels Registration and Booking
* e-Stamping & e-Registry
* Dastak, e-Pay & PayZen
* e-Procurement & PM Complaint Cell
* SIS & HRMIS for School Education
* Asan Karobar & Apni Chhat Apna Ghar
PITB is also already supporting AJK through ongoing initiatives for the Mangla Dam Housing Authority (MDHA), Mirpur Development Authority (MDA), and Public Service Commission of AJK.
