e-FOAS Training Held at Deputy Commissioner Office Bahawalnagar

PITB conducted a comprehensive training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Bahawalnagar, to familiarize senior officials and management with paperless governance and enhance administrative efficiency.
On behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, the session was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) Ghulam Abbas Mahar. PITB SPM Abdul Rauf provided an in-depth overview of end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation practices and workflow optimization through digital automation. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.
Developed by PITB, e-FOAS is operational across numerous government departments, transforming traditional paper-based processes into a fully paperless working environment.
