A training session ‘Serve with a Smile’ was conducted for CCC agents at PITB on Wednesday. The training aimed at developing communication skills among the agents and how they could effectively handle customer queries in current unfeasible situations where they are devoid of advanced tools and facilities. The agents were trained on how to use available systems and smartly handle customer queries along with the etiquette to open and close calls. The contact center, on the other hand, was also decorated with colorful hanging buntings to add vibrancy to the dull work environment.
