e-FOAS Training Held at Deputy Commissioner Office, Multan

PITB conducted a training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Multan, to familiarize senior officials and management with paperless governance and enhance administrative efficiency.
On behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, the session was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters) Zahra Noor. PITB SPM Abdul Rauf provided an overview of e-FOAS, covering end-to-end electronic file movement, standardized documentation and workflow optimization through digital automation. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.
Developed by PITB, e-FOAS is operational across numerous government departments, transforming traditional paper-based processes into a paperless working environment.
