Commandant Pakistan Naval War College Lahore presented Chairman PITB Dr Umar Saif with a shield for presentation on Use of Technology in Governance to participants of 45th Pakistan Navy Staff Course. The exclusive event held at the Civil Secretariat included officers from brethren countries; Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, South Africa, Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
