PITB representative Shahzad Anwer Chaudhry attended a meeting in Multan chaired by Advisor Health Khawaja Salman Rafique, parliamentarians of Multan district, DCO and commissioner Multan. The attendees aimed to analyze the emergency situation within Multan district for Dengue Surveillance.
Chief Secretary Punjab, Secretary Health, and PITB JD - EGA Saflain Haider along with other stakeholders of the Cabinet Committee joined the meeting via video conference from Rawalpindi. During the meeting, PITB presented analysis of the current dengue situation and briefed all the allied departments about anti-Dengue tracking system.
The departments will start using PITB developed mobile application as part of instructions given by Chief Secretary Punjab to combat Dengue situation in Multan.
