PITB has developed a Complaint Management System in order to cater the complaints and concerns of the citizens. For this purpose, a special meeting was held at SP Model Town Office to emphasize the importance of Information Technology to facilitate the citizens. The Complaint Management System resolves complaints efficiently while sending out a confirmation SMS to the complainant. It also provides an updated status of their registered complaint in a police station.
