An exclusive session was held over Facebook between CM Punjab Mian Shehbaz Sharif and the citizens to answer the queries and complains of the masses. This being the first session on Social Media, a session of the same kind started back in the 1990s over phone call. The CM appreciated the initiatives taken by Punjab Information Technology Board #PITB to automate and regulate the system to ensure smooth operations of law and order.
