Realizing the next big initiative of the Punjab Government for reaching out to the voice of the citizens, a comprehensive presentation was delivered to DG IT Rizwan Rashid on the prototype for a "Citizen Feedback Kiosk" developed for the Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program (CFMP). Soon, the kiosks will be placed across the Punjab outside various public service delivery centers, making it easier for the citizens to register their concerns.
