After the success of first office of Citizen Centric Approach opened in Rawalpindi earlier this year, Citizen Facilitation Center plans to open its second office in Lahore. First of its kind in Lahore, the center will facilitate services by Punjab Police, City District Government, Transportation Department, Board of Revenue, LRMS, Excise and Taxation Department, City Traffic Police and NADRA. The training citizen services representatives to ensure process flow while giving them an orientation of the portal, and training them to manage database, back end and front end support and data record keeping.
