In collaboration with the School Education Department, PITB has launched a hotline (111-112-020) in the Bahawalpur, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Sargodha districts. The hotline enables citizens to give feedback about public sector schools on a number of issues including facilities and teacher behavior. The initiative, backed by a robust complaint resolution mechanism, will expand to whole of Punjab by September 2017.
