Chairman PITB, Dr. Umar Saif, will be speaking at the forum entitled ‘Smart Government: Harnessing Technology for Public Good’ on May 10, 2017. He will be the Keynote speaker for two sessions, ‘Connecting Citizens, Strengthening Services: ICT for Public Sector Accountability’ and ‘What's Next? The Learning Agenda for Technology and Governance’, Dr. Saif will explore how technology is enhancing government performance and improving accountability.
