Punjab Food Authority has launched a Toll Free number for complaints regarding quality of food items in Ramzan bazaars, all other bazaars, hotels/ restaurants and roadside eateries. Trained call agents deputed by Punjab Information Technology Board will listen complaints and will register them for their redressal through PFA. This mechanism will be for Lahore for the time being.
