The Punjab Government has revolutionized citizen service across the province through its CFMP project. By placing KIOSKs across public and health departments, now, citizens can log onto the system by entering their ID numbers and file a complaint on the location. The Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has taken keen interest in responding to the citizens through this system that has encouraged the citizens to actively participate in building a stable nation. Under the leadership of Chairman PITB, Dr. Umar Saif, and managed by JD e-Government Services, Faseih Mehta, CFMP, has become a global model for many developing nations.
