PITB‬ Managing Citizen Contact Center

As part of promoting direct contact between citizens and the government, PITB‬ is running and managing Citizen Contact Center (CCC). The center is a one-for-all kind platform managing helplines for many of the government departments. The helpline for ‪Lahore‬ High Court has received 219,323 calls in a short span of time.
