Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and Lahore High Court have collaborated to initiate the Litigant Feedback Monitoring Program for Lahore High Court. The system gathers feedback from citizens visiting courts, which assists the court in taking evidence-based corrective measures. This program aims at building litigant trust and participation, introducing transparency and efficiency in the judicial system leading to improved service delivery.
