DG IT, Rizwan Rashid, spoke at a business seminar aimed at inviting Japanese businessmen to invest in Pakistan’s thriving IT sector. Invited by the commercial section of Pakistan Embassy in Japan, he also delivered talks in Tokyo and Osaka.
