Our resources working at Citizen Contact Center (PITB) celebrated Eid in their office to ensure the safety and comfort of the citizens during the Eid holidays and handled calls and queries for different departments of Government of Punjab (CDGL, WASA, PDMA and PHL) .The on-duty staff sacrificed their joy to facilitate the people and were happy to serve others during Eid holidays.
Citizen Contact Center management also celebrated Eid with the resources and decorated the Contact Center with buntings and distributed Eidi amongst females (bangles and mehndi) while meal vouchers were distributed among the winners of ‘Best Dress Theme Competition’ and the supervisors (operations) who arranged all the event.
