Steady advancements in technology have significantly improved methods of governance across Punjab. PITB has devised umpteen ICT interventions for health, education, law and order, and citizen facilitation services including Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program, e-Khidmat Centers, e-Learn Project, Smart Monitoring of Schools, e-Stamping, Dengue Tracking System, Crime Mapping, DLIMS, etc. that have enabled the government to introduce a culture of transparency and facilitate the citizens.
