PITB presented Dengue Status Update in three different sessions, which included a Cabinet Committee (CCM) Meeting in Lahore chaired by Additional Chief Secretary and Advisor to CM on Health; a District Emergency Response Committee Meeting (DERC) held in Rawalpindi and a District Emergency Response Committee (DERC) Meeting that took place in Multan. Status update underlined the vulnerable larvae breeding hotspots, comparative analysis of districts on larvae detection ratios, breteau indices exceeding 3 and patient reporting trends from hospitals.
