An exclusive orientation was organized by the HR wing of PITB to acquaint the new employees with the environment of the organization. The attendees were given the basic guidelines related to their jobs and relevant departments. A detailed brief was also given on the overall decorum and culture. The HR wing, with a belief that an orientation session is a warm gesture to welcome the new members, believes that it serves as an important element of the recruitment and retention process.
