Chairman PITB, Dr Umar Saif and his team met the delegation from PILDAT comprising Ahmad Bilal Mehboob (President PILDAT), Aasiya Riaz (Joint Director) and Mehrbano Raja (Project Manager). Dr Saif gave an overall brief of PITB’s prominent ICT projects including citizen facilitation centers, smart monitoring of schools and various other interventions devised for education sector, health sector, police and high court, which have viably helped ensure transparency and improved governance in the province.
Delegates from PILDAT appreciated Dr Umar Saif for his leadership and direction that has led PITB to achieve its goals. PILDAT is a research organization of Pakistan focusing on democracy, governance and public policy.
