A two-day training session of Dealer Vehicle Management System for the agents of Citizen Contact Center (CCC) was conducted at PITB. The training was conducted by Adeel Amjad (MRA) and Muhammad Sameer (MRA-DVRS) where they discussed the system and communicated the process in detail. Other aspects of the training included transparency and its benefits, file rejection cases, process of changing the name or any particular details in the documents while dealers who have the license and the process to get the license was also elaborated.
