Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) Assists Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Government of Punjab (PDMA) to Establish Command, Control and Communication Center

PITB offers assistance in the establishment of Command, Control and Communication Center (3C) at Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab through procurement and installation of miscellaneous/specialized items of hardware including a video-conferencing solution, interactive whiteboards, mini-pocket projectors, laptops, LED Screens, etc. Additionally, PITB also extended support in terms of human resource where 3 data entry operators have been provided for assistance in 24/7 operations since June, in order to ensure better monitoring and management of relief and rescue activities during the monsoon season.
