A three-day workshop was conducted for Civil Servants (to be promoted to Grade 19) at the National Institute of Management. During the first two days, workshop on Dataplug tools was conducted to encourage analytical thinking, which further promoted the use of technology for better administration through data capturing, data analytics, and data visualization.
To conclude the event, Chairman PITB, Dr Umar Saif gave a presentation on the use of technology for Evidence Based Problem Solving and Effective Service Delivery, in which he highlighted PITB’s flagship projects.
